OK, so here’s the deal. If I were interested in Project Mojave I’d DEFINITELY want to see sample content. I’d also want to see testimonials. So I’ve included both of those below. Enjoy.

The last six weeks have been a blur. I’ve neglected my blog… As well as many other things in my life. But I’ve also had some really amazing things happen…. It all started back in January… I set a goal to make $1000/month of passive income. I mostly wanted to make enough passive income so that I wouldn’t have to write a check for my student loans every month. So I set a goal of making $1000/month by December 31, 2009. I’ve tried a lot of things over the past five months… and nothing seemed to stick. Until I found this really sweet “Business Litmus Test” from Clay Collins. It was designed to teach people how to find niches and tell if they’ll be profitable or not before ever entering them. I found a niche that looked like it had potential. And to make a really, really long story short, it did. The last six weeks I’ve been busting my ass… Most nights I’d come home from work and work on this until 11 or 12. Last week, the site I built launched, which kept me up until at least 2 or 3 a.m. for four days straight, preparing for the launch. But now that it’s launched, I can tell you that it was worth every minute. We launched Thursday night. (I say “We” because I partnered with a really great guy from Ohio.) So we launched Thursday and now we have a membership site that is bringing in roughly $5,000 of revenue every month. Assuming that attrition rates aren’t too bad, we’ll have built a business that creates $50K/year in six weeks. Which is really amazing when I stop and think about it… And I never would have found this niche if it wasn’t for Clay Collins’ Project Mojave… Clay is brilliant… and if you’re at all interested in internet marketing or creating “freedom businesses” as he calls them, you absolutely HAVE to join this community.

Let me tell you what Project Mojave has allowed me to do:

Thus I’ve reached my goal, which I established when I started PM, of being able to pay for (most of) law school. Project Mojave is not some sort of sketchy internet marketing program…Clay started Project Mojave because he wants people to be able to have the income they need to live the life they want. He calls it creating a freedom business. For many people this means quitting their jobs and spending more time with their families, for others it’s about being able to travel around the world and not worry about money. I’m probably the odd one for wanting to afford to go to law school. Clay advocates finding the intersection of what you are passionate about and what can make you money and he gives you the tools to do this. Again, it’s not selling a sketchy product, but selling something that you believe in that people want to buy. It’s about helping people. Project Mojave is a solid program which I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Hey, Clay, just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work with PM. I just ran my July earnings and I pulled in $1650 last month on my blog — so this is without the project launch that I’m JVing next week. But it was through the keyword research modules that I was able to go back and optimize a few old posts and boost my affiliate sales. Just to put the earnings in perspective this is 4x what I earned 4 months ago and 2x last month’s earnings. So thank you. I’ll post to the forums with the results of the product launch. Clay Collins immediately got me a 1318% increase in traffic. I’ve been an internet marketer for years and I have personally never seen ANYTHING like it. Even when one of the big “Gurus” tried to get me more traffic he was only able to do a fifth of what Clay did. I can’t say enough about how much I love Project Mojave. Clay is incredible and his material is really top-notch. He might not be as polished as some, but that’s actually part of his appeal: he isn’t some coddled Harvard grad spinning theories, but someone REAL, making it happen in the real world. What I’ve gotten from Project Mojave has completely turned on its head everything I’ve been doing for the past 8 years. I already have an internet business, and it earns me about $144K a year, all from laptop and cell phone. Which sounds great and all, but the reality is, it’s little more than a glorified job. I’m working from a laptop, but I spend 50+ hours a week at the damn thing. Not exactly a "freedom" business. And it’s not going to change unless I change how things work. And that’s what Project Mojave has inspired: a vision for what it could be and how I can build something out of what I’ve already got, but where it will run without me. Replacing myself in the mix; automating everything; marketing it to a larger audience. I’ve read books on all of this, of course. We probably all have. But what Clay brings to the mix is the actual nuts and bolts of how to DO it. The books give you a lot of theory, and they’re motivating (at least for a while), but they don’t show you how it’s actually done, down in the trenches, where the businesses are actually built. The insights and real-world approaches conveyed in even the first one or two videos in Project Mojave were alone worth ten times the price of admission. Recommendation if you are thinking of jumping in with Project Mojave: Do it FAST before Clay realizes he should be charging at least 5X as much for memberships!

…after considering many, many, many markets I ended up working with a friend. We had our product launch two weeks ago and it was a big success. We pulled in about $3500 during the launch and are continuing at a rate at about $100/day. That’s my victory in a nutshell. Anyhow, I am very excited about our launch and the continuing sales. I was frankly a little unsure that I would get to a freedom business point in three months when I signed up for PM [Project Mojave], but it looks like I have! I couldn’t have done this without PM and all of the great people who are a part of it.
